Deliveroo rider flouting cycling laws in Southampton
Cycling on the pavement is illegal as per The Highway Act 1835. And should result in a £30 fine.
Who’d like to see Southampton City Council (and other Councils around the UK) start enforcing this law, especially with E-Bikes travelling up to 50mph ?

Didn't care about boarder laws, why would he take any notice of other laws.
At least the food might still be warm when he gets there ?
