Buying A Gift For My Brother

I have a 12 year old brother who seems to want a bike. He didnt say it directly but we often talk about Motorcycles ( I am planning to buy one) and he often says he prefers bikes. I just found a couple of chrome tabs with different bicycles on the browser so I am planning on suprising him.

He is 174cm so from what I understand we need 27 inch rims. Except for this I dont got a clue.

I saw this Mosso Wildfire H and I think he would like it. I want to buy him a mountain bike because we live in Turkey so in city roads are quite shit. I would love to get other recommendations, thanks .
