Would this cartridge be compatible with my dropper post despite the key features listed under the product.

I seem to be the only person on earth with this cartridge/dropper post, the product code on the post is J21F2.

I pulled it apart and the cartridge looks really similar to the listing i found, and how the actuator actually connects to the cartridge looks like it would be really similar to the listing as well, with the same little grub screw. The only thing that is throwing me off is the key features saying how its somehow not compatible with internally cable routed systems, which doesnt make sense.

Will i be able to get away with this? Or does anyone have any suggestions, like would other cartridges work? I can provide a full video, that i wasnt able to attach here, of all the components of my current dropper, that should provide more context.

Edit: Looking on UK ebay, a similar cartridge under a brand affiliated with trek, Trans X, Bontrager etc, looks similar, Brand-X Ascend II External Dropper Seatpost Replacement Cartridge – 150 mm, however cant access it because its in the UK and im in Australia and they don’t ship here.
