SRAM Apex EPLR Etap not shifting down the cassette

I took my rear derailleur of my gravel bike to give it a good clean as it was squeaking when I was pedalling. I took the jockey wheels out cleaned everything and re-installed the jockey wheels. I took photos of everything to make sure I re-installed everything the correct way as this is my first time working on a SRAM derailleur. I've even gone to the LBS and taken a look at another SRAM Apex Etap to double check the wheels have been reinstalled correctly, which they have. This is a job I have done many times before on Shimano and I consider myself to be a pretty competent home mechanic. However…..

Since reinstalling the rear derailleur the sodding thing just wont shift from the large cassette down the block properly. Ir gets down the block about half way fine but from gear 7 – 12 is dodgy and it wont go into gear 11 at all. It goes up the block fine. What I thought would be a simple remove clean and reinstall job has now cost me hours of my time trying to figure this out.
