since April 2023 I am the proud owner of a Brompton C Line 6 speed with luggage rack.
I love it.
Once until now I have tried to clean my chain including circuit. I used a brush with isopropanol. The whole place smelled like alcohol.
It was also an ordeal.
Now a cleaning is due again. I thought about buying a chain tongs, so I can put the chain in a jar with isopropanol, or acetone, or cleaning gasoline.
For the sprockets front and rear I would like to buy suitable brushes.
What do you guys think of the chain cleaning tools? I have seen some videos about it, including brilliantbikes.
The device looks afterwards already quite taken. How long do they last?
Can you recommend me chain pliers, brushes and cleaning fluid?
I have unfortunately no garden and therefore no hose with which I can make the bike wet.
Would that also go in the bathtub?
