(upbeat music) (upbeat music) Morning. Morning. Morning in Cyprus, Atenovitch Hotel. We are going to review the room in here. So we have a very handy closet with some stuff. We have an iron, we have an iron board. I’m not sure what is this, is it like another shelf? No, it’s just the light and yeah. There is a shelf for clothes, it’s very handy. Then the corridor is quite small. We have a bathroom right away at the entrance. It’s rather on a small side as well. We have a bathtub, that’s great. It’s not a common thing nowadays, usually there are showers. We have a fridge. They put the bottles in the way they are just falling and in the mini bar we have some soft drinks, water and a beer. Let’s close. We have a safe. The coffee station. This is for the tea only. This is not for the tea only. Oh, okay, yes, this is separate indeed. And here we have additional covers if you were cold, but I don’t think so, unless you put AC like really, really low. This is like another place where you can. There is plenty space for you to put in your clothes. But that’s what we were talking about, the furniture they are like, yeah, not so new. It’s a little bit of old style. They have really a lot of space. Yeah. They have a desk. And this is like a coffee station. Yeah, this is for the coffee. They usually they give some courtesy coffees, but it’s important to mention that the mini bar and the coffee, once you use it once, they will not refill it again free. So probably you, if you want something, you have to call the reception in order for more. We’ll be charged now. But I think we’ll be on charge. Yeah, we have the directory of services in here for antenna beach hotel. We have more, another furniture for space for your clothes. You get a table so you can sit and drink coffee or tea. And this is complimentary wine from the hotel. So this is alcohol station. You have a tea station, coffee station and alcohol station. We got a double bed. It’s not a king size or a queen size. It’s just two beds, put it together, two in bed, two individuals. So you can just put it together. Something also that they get you, the beach towels, they just put them in here. So this is not like other resource that you go to the towel station and get them every time. So in here, you get your towels for day. If they are dirty after the day, you just leave them in the bathroom, on the floor. And the next day they will change them. Yeah, and also we have a small balcony here facing the street. So no sea view this time. And here is like a very busy street with all the clubs, restaurants and some souvenir shops as well. Yeah, okay. So that’s the room, that’s the facilities. That’s the room. Also, it’s important to say that this time we couldn’t get the CPU or the view to the swimming area. It was all booked. So I tried to make the upgrade, but unfortunately everything was booked already. So yeah, so not a great room this time, but it’s functional. It’s quite big. I mean, it’s not super big, but it’s spacious enough. I would say it’s some 20 square meters probably, but enough for a couple. If you are coming with a family, probably they have bigger options for that. There was also when we entered this room, in here they had the additional bed. So yeah, they are like, I don’t know, they took our away cause we don’t need it. But if you are coming with one kid, probably they can sit. Yes. First night in Cyprus, we were sleeping really well. And now we are hungry and going to discover what do they serve for breakfast in this hotel. Four or five star hotel. This is very debatable. We will tell you about it later. Let’s just go. This is just the… It’s actually just a electricity card. To get into the room, they actually give conventional key that you can just simply, it’s thick in here, so nothing really fancy. Just a normal key. Just a normal key. Like in the old times, yeah? The old times. Well, it is okay. At least it will not get blocked. Like other cards when you are keeping near wallet, they can get blocked and you cannot open the door. So suppose that the resort is, it was in our day 13, 1999, right? Yeah. Morning. So this is the lobby. This is the lobby. Yeah. Here we have elevators that we were talking about. This is the reception, some shops. They have like a jewelry shop. Yeah, I like this. They have weekly events. Mm-hmm. I like how they did it in a style of old cinémano. Mm-hmm. It’s really cool. So today is Monday. So it’s supposed to be some Cvst and the musical events. They have a different bars in here and a restful rounds where you can unkind those events. And of course the convention now are all inclusive, where they have a different team night. So today is Monday and we have a international day. The jewelry shop. There is a little office that you can book your trips. Oh yeah, they have some trip for the town there. I think some archeological ruins or something or some– Excursions, no? Excursions. Are we going to take any excursion? We can think about it. I’m going and see. But look at the view on the seaside. It’s really cool. It’s called a kwech. It’s cool. The world looks so new. And here in the lobby lounge, they play nice relaxing music. So you can just stay here if you are like a tired of the sun or you’re waiting for your transport back to the airport. You can just simply stay here and relax. Downstairs we have the H&M restaurant where we are actually going to take our meals, take breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s all included. It’s an all-inclusive resort. It’s all inclusive, but you also have an option to have a passport. You don’t have to take the whole inclusive. We can go this way. But there is like really plenty of space for everyone to sit. It’s huge, this hotel. So you can sit on the grass, you can sit on the beach, you can sit at the pool. There is a first, the biggest pool in here. And we are now going for a breakfast and we will be showing you the rest of the hotel. Later on. You can play here. Yeah, they have like a play room, some machines for kids. They also have a well-equipped shop. Mini market. Mini market, yeah. Morning. Morning. Anywhere? Thank you. So in the morning you can sit anywhere you want. Yeah, no restrictions. No, because in the evening you have to wait to be seated. Here, the way it works in here is that someone from the hotel staff, they will come and check that actually we are guests, like a contactless car, so they will just scan it and then we’ll verify our… Access, like we have access to all the meals and facilities, so yeah. They actually have these thermals with hot water and coffins. And now these empty, yeah? They actually have something, but I don’t know, probably they will just refill it. And also in the morning they put these little beans with the plastic. I’ve seen some people like putting all the leftovers, but don’t do that, because this is supposed to be for the tea bags, like once you soak that and prepare your tea. It’s not for your, what you didn’t eat. It’s not for your leftovers, so yes. So I’m gonna go. Just take my coffee. (upbeat music) We have a very good selection of… Some sausages. Maybe that’s not the best thing. First thing that I showed. Yogurt. A lot of olives. The olives are really delicious. Fruits. Cheese. And this is really good Cypriot halloumi cheese and the traditional one. There is a station with the halloumi cheese with the palm cakes. (upbeat music) And of course the main thing you have the bacon, sausages, some French toast, the usual breakfast hot plates. You can also have salt. Champagne in the morning if you wish. Oh, look at this. Really great waffles. I didn’t try them yet. You can have them with honey and some syrups. Here we have roasted potatoes, oats and the scrambled eggs. And here is the, and now here they are giving you the omelets. And also cheeses. Here we have a station of cereals. Some honeys and this is supposed to be like honey from cypus. Croquette. Mimi means meat. Catimari. This looks nice like a Cypriot pancake with honey. I will try this one. Pons, also some bonnets. Dates. Dried mangoes. We have apples as well. Chocolate spread, white chocolate spread and the various selections of jams. I found a French orange juice machine that’s backing up. Do you want some orange juice? No, thank you. And did we get the coffee? Yeah, I ordered the fresh coffee. There was some coffee but it was already cold, so fortunately. Now they are bringing something fresh. Okay, so now I will grab something to eat as well. Yep. I got the fried egg. You got the omelet? I got the omelet, yeah. Nice. Yeah. Thank you. Nice fried eggs. So what did you order, Arshin? Omelet with veg and I took some cucumbers. Mokina mess, thank you. But later, maybe today I’m gonna try their pancakes. Yes. So at least this one is nice and fresh. The mess is with the fresh eggs. So you can see how the omelets look like. So it’s really fresh. You choose your toppings, whatever you want. They have in the bar. So they just mix it and put it inside. And I just choose the fried eggs. Fresh, one sided. And with some, I suppose this bacon and sausage. And some selection of fruits, a piece of bread, our coffee, orange juice. Bushkies, bags, dresses, inflatables. I want an inflatable. Great selection of water. Apparently water is very important in this area. If you pop up your swimming suit, you can come and buy. (upbeat music) They have shoes for the beach. They’re very stony, these beaches. Sometimes makes sense. But it’s tough. baseball caps. Flashmina. (upbeat music) Oh please, yes, thank you. Today, now we are gonna be walking along the swimming area. And we are on the left side, no, on the right side. And we are in front of one of the snack bars. It’s a very cool area to stay. And the sunbeds, it’s not really a lot of people. There is like some shadow under the palms. Here we have a small area for the kids to play. (children talking) They’re like a small swimming pool. Yeah, cause they say they have six swimming pools all together, so the one that we already saw, so it’s one, two, this is probably three, look. Yeah. For a kid, yeah. (people chattering) But they have really a lot of places to sit, restaurants, bars, you know? Yeah. Yeah. Like more tables in here if you wanna sit. Here they have another pool, so this is like one, two, three, four. So this is the fourth pool. Together, no? Well, they are a lot, but I don’t know if to count them separately. Yeah. But this one is not very deep. You definitely can easily stand in there. (people chattering) On the other side, we have another snack bar. So if you miss the… Breakfast, maybe. If you miss the breakfast or the lunch, you can just come to this one and you can order pizzas, burgers, and some other things, or just simply drinks. Yeah. In this part, these are the sweets that they are like more premium, and they have their own private pool. You can see it’s like a one lane, it’s completely private. It’s like some sort of a infinity pool. But they are the ones only on the ground floor. Yeah. So they have their private pool. And I saw that completely on the other side, there is another complex like this. I hope I’m not invading anyone’s privacy here. There is nobody, yeah? No. So if you prefer to have your own and secure your sunbed, although this time there is not really a lot of sun. Yeah, it’s probably late. Yeah. So what is in there? This one look, this one is even more private. Okay, wow. So they have like a very small pool, so that’s how they look like, okay? Yeah. Don’t invade people’s privacy. Yeah, there is nobody there at the moment, so that’s nice. It’s very small. Yeah, all these ones, they have their own pool. Here is the snack bar restaurant. This is not a pool. It’s not a pool, it’s a pond. It’s a pond. Look, how they have it in here. (water splashing) And here you can take a stairs and– And then it’s accessed directly to the beach. Yeah. So if you want to go to the beach, you just have the direct access in here. Oh, this is the, actually the adults only area, and there is another pool in here. We are in the beach just now, so we have to move here. Exactly, that’s what I was missing, like there is a adult pool, probably. Yeah. Okay. (people chattering) Nice area here. But no space. Actually, they don’t have any space. It’s smaller, but yeah, it’s like more reduced area. Adults only, so kids, clearly. Yeah, because this is actually the adults only place as well. Yeah. Here, the sun, but yeah. This place, this area also, they have their own bathrooms. And the bar, look, you can, they have a bar just at the pool. Yeah, just sitting by the pool. You can just drink your beer, your gin and tonic. Yeah. And you can also just sit and relax. They have some tables. And some ice cream. And they have also their shower in here. Okay, so this is adult only area. You can just walk right there. Yeah, adult only. And plenty space. Mm-hmm. Plenty, plenty, plenty, plenty, plenty space. Cabanas. They also have the changing room and cabanas. So this is in front of the jetty, shaky jetty. But look how beautiful. They also have lifeguard on duty. The lifeguard is not part of the hotel, it’s part of the municipality. They just make sure that the area is safe for swimmers. But yeah, very nice facilities, very nice hotel. If they tell me that this hotel is five stars, I will definitely believe it. Yeah, for sure. Because it has really everything and everything is in really good conditions and really good quality as well. Yeah, I wouldn’t… If I didn’t, we didn’t actually thought that it’s a four star. We totally think it’s just five stars. Yeah? Yeah. So they have this jetty pole. Let’s go to the jetty to show how it is. Very shaky. (air whooshing) Super shaky. Wrong. (air whooshing) And there is actually like on the wheel and my toe fell under the wheel and it’s like now squeezed. Yeah, very, very, very shaky. The jetty. Look, there is another gasebo thing. (air whooshing) This part of the beach, to be honest, looks beautiful, but you cannot swim. No. (air whooshing) And this is the main building. So all the rooms, quite big. This hotel, to be honest. How many people they say they have? Now 900 and in the high season, 12, 1,200. So quite a lot, yeah. 1200 people. And the performance from yesterday, there was a show. There was a show of an impersonation of Elvis Presley. And believe me, it was the, it was like a scene Elvis in “The Flesh”. The singing, the voice of this guy. His name is Aaron Gabriel. How would you describe the food? Do you think it’s like a, there is a lot of variety or that is always the same? Now everyone will find anything they want. Vegetarians, veg and meat eaters, vegetarians, everyone will find something for themselves. There is always like Asian food. Some continental, a lot of salads, pastas, fries, really anything you could think of. Yesterday they had Italian days, so they had pizza. What are we doing? We are going to the church. So it’s a huge variety of oranges, grapefruit, kiwi, watermelon, pears, apples, some fruits in general. Yogurt, nuts, like cereals. Here you have like a nut, some sweets, pineapple. Mussels. Viality of salads. You can make your own salad the way you want. And what’s that? This is a pork, pineapple and cheese salad. Nice. We have Chinese. Oh my God. Chinese, they have a Chinese. Definitely I’m coming for something like this. Okay. And this is egg fried rice. Rice and noodles. Yeah. Looks good, no? And they also have your favorite chips. The chips, the rice chips. Yeah. Getting hungry now. Soy sauce. Nice. So if you want fries, more traditional. And grill. You have like some spaghetti, pasta, chicken. That’s great, yeah? That looks nice in zucchini.
