T100 French Riviera 🏖️🇫🇷💥
A very tough race, challenging course and difficult conditions out there today ! 🌬️
I did a very good swim, in sea and without wetsuit, perfect check for Kona 🏊🏻♂️👌🏼✔️
But then on the bike I tried to call my legs but they never answered 🦵🏼🥲📞❌
Still fought till the end, but on T100 races when you have a bad day you can’t hide 🫣
I still enjoyed racing at home on a such beautiful course, with so much people cheering for me ! Thanks a lot to the organization team & volunteers, and to everyone cheering 📣🫶🏼💛

Une course très difficile, un parcours exigeant et des conditions brutale aujourd’hui 🌬️
J’ai fait une très bonne natation, en mer et sans combinaison, exactement ce que je voulais voir avant Kona ! 🏊🏻♂️👌🏼✔️
Mais après en vélo j’ai essayé d’appeler mes jambes mais elles n’ont jamais répondu 🦵🏼🥲📞❌
Je me suis quand même battue jusqu’au bout, mais sur les courses T100 quand c’est pas un bon jour impossible de se cacher ! 🫣
J’ai quand même beaucoup apprécié courir à la maison sur une si belle course et avec autant de gens qui m’ont encouragée ! Merci beaucoup à toute l’équipe d’organisation et aux bénévoles, et à tous ceux qui étaient présents pour encourager 📣🫶🏼💛

It was all a dream. I used to read Word Up magazine. Salt and pepper and heavy D up in the limousine. Hanging pictures on my wall. Every Saturday rapper attack Mr. Magic Molly Mall. I let my take rock till my tape pop. Smoking weed and bamboo sipping on private stop. Way back when I had the red and black lumberjack with the hat to match.
