On this beautiful sunny day, we are in the exotic garden area of Monaco in the residence called Labboutina. It is a very comfortable, familyfriendly and peaceful residential area on the border with France. This penthouse is what I would call a villa on the roof. It’s very different from most city flats. And we have just an incredible view. Can we see all the main attractions from here? We can see the entire principality including the Odian Tower in the distance, Monte Carlo, the new eco district of Meritara, the Rock of Monaco, and the Prince’s Palace. All of Monaco is right at our fingertips. [Music] Just remind me the name of this uh mountain. So this is the head of the dog. Exactly. Head of the [Music] dog. This is the summer kitchen. Here you can spend time with your family relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. [Music] You can also see the port of Hukule and the Formula 1 circuit. From here you can watch the Grand Prix directly from your terrace with friends over a glass of [Music] wine. We are on the upper level of the penthouse which is designed for relaxation. This level features a dining room and we have already seen the summer kitchen located on the terrace next to it. At the back is a lounge area with a sofa and a [Music] [Laughter] TV. Adjacent to it is a guest toilet. Additionally, there is a wine room. Everything here is perfect. You won’t need anything else. [Music] Since we are in a neighborhood called Exotic Garden, the apartment features plenty of greenery and plants that reflect this theme. [Music] I believe the terrace is very welldesigned.
