Vršič Pass: Experience the legendary Vršič Pass, Slovenia’s highest mountain pass, boasting 50 hairpin turns (known as serpentines) as it winds its way up to an elevation of 1,611 meters (5,285 ft). Built during WWI, this historic road offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Each cobblestone turn is a testament to perseverance and an absolute must for any serious cyclist or gravel rider.

Triglav National Park & Mt. Triglav: We ride through the pristine Triglav National Park, Slovenia’s only national park and a true gem of the Alps. While we didn’t summit the peak on two wheels, the spirit of Mount Triglav – Slovenia’s highest mountain at 2,864 meters (9,396 ft) – inspires every pedal stroke. Its majestic presence dominates the landscape, offering unparalleled vistas and a sense of raw, untamed nature. Mangart Road: Brace yourself for the incredibly scenic and exhilarating Mangart Road, the highest paved road in Slovenia, reaching an impressive 2,055 meters (6,742 ft). This spectacular road offers unparalleled access to the heart of the Julian Alps, leading up to the Mangart saddle. Prepare for jaw-dropping views of jagged peaks, including Mount Mangart itself (2,679 m / 8,789 ft), and stunning vistas stretching across the border into Italy.
