We just came down that. Yeah, it’s just a little thing. I still don’t want it. Just try to follow my lines. I’m just hanging on for dear life. I got the opportunity to go mountain biking here in Switzerland. I’m up here in Stad and I got to ride this brand new 2026 Mont Raker uh Crafty R. This thing is a beast and I’m going to go over some of the specs here in a second and then we’re going to hop right into the writing. So, let’s get into it. The overall specs is that it has 160 millimeters of travel here in the front, 150 in the back, a nice big battery, 800 W hours, and a Bosch motor that has 100 new meters of torque. We have a wireless dropper seat post, and the Stram wireless uh transmission, which you guys know that I am familiar with. This bike is only about 50 lb, which is amazing. It is a large. It’s a little bit bigger than what uh uh I’m used to. I’m more of a medium type, but we were able to make it work. As you can see, it is totally dirty, and that is because of me. When I grabbed it, it was perfectly clean, but we just wanted to ride. So, we didn’t even do an intro. He said, “Let’s get on the road and get it done.” I am here in Stad, Switzerland. I have my buddy Claude in front of me and we are going mountain biking. His wife Yasm mean is behind me so that if I fall and crash and burn, well, they can all make fun of me. So, that’s how that’s going to go. I am on a 2026 uh Moonreaker and we are going to be talking about this bike later. It’s not even out yet that I’m aware of, but uh I am I’m on one. There we go. picked up a new pair of 510 shoes here at Claude’s shop. Now, Claude is the first one to get me into mountain mountain biking, so all of this is his fault. I It was something that I wanted to pursue, and two years ago, I came up and visited him, and he put me on an $11,000 Rocky Mountain ebike, and he took me for a ride through the Swiss Alps. At that point, I was pretty much hooked and and started my mountain biking adventures. So, since riding with Claude the first time, I am hoping that I am a lot better considering that first ride. Guys, check out these views. I know that you don’t get to see uh the GoPro does not do this area justice on what I’m looking at compared to what you guys are seeing. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Hey, [Music] hey, hey. [Music] You definitely do not want to wipe out going down that thing. This is probably on some people’s bucket list. My watch shows that we climbed 3,295 ft since we’ve taken off. I have shifted this bike under load multiple times and there’s no clanking or any issues like that. It is all smooth as butter. So now the real downhill starts good. First it’s a little bit steeper than before and then you will see when it starts to get a little bit steeper and then we try to follow each other’s line with some distance. Okay. And if it’s not going to work, we have to walk maybe 1 minute. Okay. He’s weaving back and forth. I’m just going straight. Got to drop this seat. Oh, this is steep. And I am doing the one finger thing on the brakes, which I never do cuz I’m just not used to it. But that’s how it should be done. Hello, cows. Oh gosh. Felt all that splash up on me. Holy crap. This is steep. [Music] [Laughter] No, but I told you got it. I suggest to you guys that is what? Just walk it. Why? Cuz you build already first time out. So it’s steep. It is crazy steep. Walk it. Who does he think he’s talking to? We will just burn these brakes up instead. Here we go. Oh gosh. Yeah, I am sliding all over the place. All right, he might have a point. Holy cow. Look at that. We just came down that. Do not look back. Do not look back. Holy cow. All right, back on it. [Laughter] We’re riding the back of the bike. Holy cow. Oh, he’s filming me. Of course he’s filming. Woo! Woo! That is crazy steep. Holy cow. Well done. That was the hardest part for today. I never realized. Look at we just came down that. Yeah. No, there are many Swiss people. They’re not riding and we rode more than half of it. Say Dave. That’s the hardest part. We’re planning to do something here, but it’s really hard with restriction. What is it? What are you talking about? Yeah. To build there a proper trail. But have you seen on the backside it was muddy? Yeah. And here it’s blown dry. Thank god. Very smooth. Look at that. Oh yeah. So that was the hardest part. There’s stuff coming up, but it’s not sketchy like that. It’s not that. He’s like, you bailed. I’m like, not purposely. No, no, I know. Good. Improvement in two years. If you do the same improvement the next two years, uh, we can do everything. Going up was 100% easier. My brakes are going to be glowing. by the time I make it to the bottom. What are you breathing heavy for? Well, probably cuz I just scared the out of myself going down that thing. But I did it, man. Big ruts. Super thick ruts. Good god. Seat up. Make the turn. Climb. Climb. Climb. Do not get me. Don’t. [Laughter] It’s It’s not as a taser. It’s just a little thing. I still don’t want it. Oh, got some hikers. All right. Look like you know what you’re doing. Look like a local. Hello. Look like I do this all the time. They’re watching. Hello. Then I just almost wiped out in front of her. Yeah, it’s about right. Just try to follow my lines. Yeah, I quit looking at you a long freaking time ago, bro. I’m just hanging on for dear life. My knees are definitely going to feel it after this. There’s a thing. We just ride through one of these crazy things. Oh, it’s just like on the X games where they go through that beginning part. We go in and then we roll in and then we look down at the end of that little rock section. I’ll step it up. Oh gosh, my foot slipped. It’s never as intimidating as it looks from the other angle. Keep that in mind. Okay, let’s go. like you did. I had to talk myself into it. It just looks It just looks way less intimidating from the bottom, you know? Yeah. So, I was just like, it’s less intimidating. Just go on trails I’ve never been before. Oo, nice. Time to climb. Woohoo. What a great ride that was for me. Plus, it pushed me to my limits. That downhill part was like super scary. There were a couple areas that I did have to walk it um obviously just because it was it it was out of my skill set. But then, you know, it’s always that thing where you see it from above, but then when you get down and see it from the bottom, uh you look at you go, “Oh, that wasn’t that hard.” Now, that was a count to like some of the rock stuff. But it definitely wasn’t my thoughts when I took a look up to see what angle I went down on that steepest downhill. That that was that was sketch, guys. I’m not going to lie. I was like, “Oh my gosh, what have I gotten myself into?” But I made it. Claude said that only like 7% of the people that he’s ever taken up there has even attempted to try it. But he’s like, “You have improved so much within 2 years.” And he’s like, “It’s great to see what you can do in 2 years from now.” And I’m thinking, “Well, hopefully not that hill again cuz holy cow, that thing was rough.” The weather was perfect. The scenery breathtaking. I mean, that is literally all I can say about this place. It is beautiful. I love being up here now. I can’t wait to have another adventure uh with Claude the next time we are up here because uh he that guy challenges me. Oh my gosh, does he challenge me. And this bike performed amazing. So, I’m super happy about that. And really, I just want to thank you guys for coming along and checking out through this what I consider to be my toughest ride yet. So, I want to thank you guys for watching and until I see you again, enjoy the
