Kigali residents express excitement as the Rwandan capital prepares to host one of the premier events on the cycling calendar, the UCI Road World Championships. Scheduled to take place from September 21 to 28 this is the first time the event is being held in Africa. “It adds value to our country and shows that we are capable,” says one Kigali resident.
