Here's my basket setup: I use a plastic crate bought from Home Depot, and a few velcro cinch straps to tie it down. On the bottom of the crate, I cut out some pieces of wood that line up with the holes on the rack to prevent it from moving around. Previously, I only had one nut for each bolt, and they all fell off due to the vibration. The bolts are now "double" nutted on the bottom with washers, and they've stayed on since.
Any suggestions on what I can improve?
