  1. So you notice notice a mood change? I am curious because a lot of people say their anxiety went away. It even helps more serious cases like depression, bipolar mood disorder and others.

  2. The healthiest foods happen to be carbohydrates. Unfortunately “carbs” has become such a catch all term that some people use it for junk food & others use it for fruit & vegetables. Just say what you’re actually eating (“Grapes, melons, berries, pears, apples, lettuce, celery etc.” or “Donuts, crackers, cakes, bread, *insert processed food that obviously has a lot more going on that simply carbs*” 😂

  3. I started keto 4 weeks ago to reverse pre-diabetes. So far my glucose levels have been average of 90! I'm so excited with that. I do not feel I'm totally fat adapted yet because I still think about food a lot and have cravings even though I'm not hungry. I've been in "nutritional ketosis" for 2 weeks since I started checking. I lost 8 lbs real quickly. For reference I am 5'4 now 124 lbs so not doing it to lose weight. Both my parents are diabetic. Even though I exercised, believed I was eating "health diet", it wasn't enough to stop sugar spikes. Oatmeal and rice is horrible for that. Anyway I hope to start to feel really good and get more energy here soon. Im waiting 🙏

  4. You don't get grumpy on low carbs. In fact it makes you feel calmer and happier and you experience more clarity and when you eat, if you do it right, you feel satiated and can go hours between meals without wanting to snack and you experience less anxiety and better moods and inflammation disappears, you feel so much better, you look better and you reach your natural weight for your body so you're lying. Do you work for big pHARMA????

  5. This guy being interviewed is exactly why I dont eat carbs – the fat on low carb stops the hunger and the grumpyness nut you also end up with a body that isn't like his body either. On low carb or Carnivore you look slim with defined muscles – this guy has one of those fat bodies with muscle on top.

  6. This is hilarious. And not informative. Any fit person can eat carbs and laugh about it. If you’re fat and obese, you restrict carbs. This is stupid.

  7. I AM A PLANT BASED VEGETARIAN. 95% OF MY DAILY DIET IS FRUITS OR VEGETABLES OR GRAINS IN OTHER WORDS CARBS. I'M 51 YEARS OLD AND HAVE A PEELED SIX PACK AND MY HEALTH HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER. I'M 5'10" AND 180 POUNDS OF SOLID MUSCLE AND 5% BODY FAT.

CARBS ARE NOT BAD! YOU CAN EAT MEAT ALL DAY, SIT ON YOUR ASS AND GET FAT TOO.

AND TO CLEAR UP SOME CONFUSION HE'S SAYING THAT HE USED TO BE OFF CARBS FOR 12 YEARS NOW HE IS EATING THEM AND NOT GETTING FAT AND/OR DEPRESSED LIKE I'M SURE HE WAS MISLEAD INTO BELIEVING.

  9. I lost 80 lbs (I’m a 5’2 35 year old woman and went from 195 to 115 lbs over the span of about 1.5 years) eating a variety of natural-ingredient foods. Among those foods I had Ghirardelli filled chocolate squares and strawberries/blueberries and Reese’s mini peanut butter cups and Ezekiel bread with butter and Haagan Das/Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and Veggies Made Great veggie muffins and bacon and eggs. How did I still lose weight? By following a small calorie deficit and eating small amounts throughout the day. Portions and spacing out are how its done. And I feel great. The body needs variety and balance, protein fat and carbs. I walk two miles a day (taking days off when I’m sick) and do squats and a little bit of dumbbell strength training on odd days.
