What is your favourite thing about carbs?
So you notice notice a mood change? I am curious because a lot of people say their anxiety went away. It even helps more serious cases like depression, bipolar mood disorder and others.
I’m the opposite, way less grumpy when I’m off the carbs!
But you're on steroids so doesn't matter
50 grams of carbs a day is hardly off carbs sir 😅
Same here low carb for 4 years lost 60lbs but weight loss stall for 2 years I still have 40lbs to goal weight tired and confused
Who is this guy
Carbs aren't inherently bad, it's all the extra additives that often go with them.
If you're eating 50 carbs, that might've prevented you from reaching ketosis
On average 4 mos will repair any of the issues keto can repair. Leaky gut, insulin resistance etc… inflammation issues
The healthiest foods happen to be carbohydrates. Unfortunately “carbs” has become such a catch all term that some people use it for junk food & others use it for fruit & vegetables. Just say what you’re actually eating (“Grapes, melons, berries, pears, apples, lettuce, celery etc.” or “Donuts, crackers, cakes, bread, *insert processed food that obviously has a lot more going on that simply carbs*” 😂
I started keto 4 weeks ago to reverse pre-diabetes. So far my glucose levels have been average of 90! I'm so excited with that. I do not feel I'm totally fat adapted yet because I still think about food a lot and have cravings even though I'm not hungry. I've been in "nutritional ketosis" for 2 weeks since I started checking. I lost 8 lbs real quickly. For reference I am 5'4 now 124 lbs so not doing it to lose weight. Both my parents are diabetic. Even though I exercised, believed I was eating "health diet", it wasn't enough to stop sugar spikes. Oatmeal and rice is horrible for that. Anyway I hope to start to feel really good and get more energy here soon. Im waiting 🙏
I gain weights every frickin time I add carbs in. Grr
I haven’t had a carb since 2004.
You don't get grumpy on low carbs. In fact it makes you feel calmer and happier and you experience more clarity and when you eat, if you do it right, you feel satiated and can go hours between meals without wanting to snack and you experience less anxiety and better moods and inflammation disappears, you feel so much better, you look better and you reach your natural weight for your body so you're lying. Do you work for big pHARMA????
Who said carbs cause weight gain?
Do you eat now carbs
This guy being interviewed is exactly why I dont eat carbs – the fat on low carb stops the hunger and the grumpyness nut you also end up with a body that isn't like his body either. On low carb or Carnivore you look slim with defined muscles – this guy has one of those fat bodies with muscle on top.
This is hilarious. And not informative. Any fit person can eat carbs and laugh about it. If you’re fat and obese, you restrict carbs. This is stupid.
The bad side of sugar and carb won’t show up instantly. And the fat is one of a dozen life shortening issues that you won’t avoid
I AM A PLANT BASED VEGETARIAN. 95% OF MY DAILY DIET IS FRUITS OR VEGETABLES OR GRAINS IN OTHER WORDS CARBS. I'M 51 YEARS OLD AND HAVE A PEELED SIX PACK AND MY HEALTH HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER. I'M 5'10" AND 180 POUNDS OF SOLID MUSCLE AND 5% BODY FAT.
CARBS ARE NOT BAD! YOU CAN EAT MEAT ALL DAY, SIT ON YOUR ASS AND GET FAT TOO.
AND TO CLEAR UP SOME CONFUSION HE'S SAYING THAT HE USED TO BE OFF CARBS FOR 12 YEARS NOW HE IS EATING THEM AND NOT GETTING FAT AND/OR DEPRESSED LIKE I'M SURE HE WAS MISLEAD INTO BELIEVING.
When I eat less than 20g total carbs and the weight just falls off. If I do eat carbs I feel sick, lethargic and bloated.
I have long video on this topic in my channel right now if you click the "@healthyteacherblog" name.
This shorts has good info too I even recommend you like this shorts
Very useful information
Thank you 🙏 😊
Stupid as FQ!
Shit video
I lost 80 lbs (I’m a 5’2 35 year old woman and went from 195 to 115 lbs over the span of about 1.5 years) eating a variety of natural-ingredient foods. Among those foods I had Ghirardelli filled chocolate squares and strawberries/blueberries and Reese’s mini peanut butter cups and Ezekiel bread with butter and Haagan Das/Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and Veggies Made Great veggie muffins and bacon and eggs. How did I still lose weight? By following a small calorie deficit and eating small amounts throughout the day. Portions and spacing out are how its done. And I feel great. The body needs variety and balance, protein fat and carbs. I walk two miles a day (taking days off when I’m sick) and do squats and a little bit of dumbbell strength training on odd days.
Arbs make me feel bloated as all hell I rarely eat them the only time I eat them is when I eat fruit
Your body doesn't need any dietary carbs whatsoever!! ❤
The addicted sugar people want to pull you back down.
Easy to add carbs when you’re as fit as this guy.
If you’re trying to cut and in a deficit, high protein and low carbs is key.
You can imagine how many times he has thought, what was i thinking
Low carb plus intermittent fasting 20:4. I feel great.
