My name is Matthew. I am the cycling leader in the Bal Moon and I recently raced in Iron Man 17.3 in Czech Republic. The race consists of a swim of 1.9 km, a cycle of 90 km and a half marathon of 21.1 km. So my training usually consists of two swims a week, two runs a week and then also one short and one long cycle also in the week. So about six trainings per week. I actually went better than the time that I wanted which I was stoked about it as well. So that was awesome. My advice to somebody that want to do triathlon, don’t fear the swim.
