Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.
My name is Frans. I will be your tour guide for this week
on this beautiful Atlantis. The tour will bring us through
Denmark and Sweden. And I think you will find it as incredible
as I do. Our adventure begins in Copenhagen,
the vibrant capital of Denmark. From the colorful harbourside of Nynhavn to the elegant royal palaces. It’s the perfect launch
pad for our journey from Helsingor, You’ll cycle along the coast
of North Sealand, a stretch often called the Danish Riviera. You’ll pass through Hornbaeck, a charming seaside village,
before heading inland. The route back toward Helsingor winds
through wheat fields and forests, with a stop at the historic
Esrum Abbey. Across the water lies Sweden
and the city of Helsingborg. It’s a short ride south to Landskrona
where a perfectly preserved 16th century
citadel stands at the edge of town. From there, you hop on a ferry
to the island of Ven, a peaceful, car free place
of rolling hills and wonderful views. The next day, you’ll sail to Køge
and visit the Stevns Klint, a stretch of white cliffs
rising straight from the sea. Your final ride starts in Malmo, a coastal city full of contrasts from medieval squares
to modern architecture. Well, ladies and gentlemen, we are now in Mälmo. This is the end of our tour together
through Denmark and Sweden. It was an amazing trip, and I hope to see you again
on one of our boat and bike trips.
