Clear and smooth movement – absolutely fantastic! In particular, gripping the top tube with your right hand before stepping off the pedal with your left foot saves valuable time on the bike. You then need a maximum of two steps before the obstacle, with the third step taking you over the obstacle. You can save another step before the obstacle by doing it old school, stretching your right foot forward between your left leg and the frame and putting that foot down first. This way of dismounting dates back to the days of pedals with hooks and straps, but is no longer taught by coaches today. It is considered too dangerous because you have to put your right foot on the ground and click out of the pedal with your left foot at the same time. If you don't click out, you will inevitably roll over.
Seamless!
Very nicely demonstrated! (Personally, I have NEVER been able to do the remount, and likely never will lol – but I do love to watch it)
Pro-tip: Always aim to land on the saddle on your INNER THIGH for guys & shift across, not straight back on your 'undercarriage' – it makes a faster reconnect, & less of an impact when landing – smoother re-mount.
Jó sok videót kell még megnézem mert itt inaktÃv voltam jaj de jó lesz!
Just do a bunny hop
I thought the pros unclipped the last foot preemptively so they just step off w o unclipping
Ma canta in italiano 😮!
МТВ: ?
This is so that you can chase down that mofo who stole your first bike
…../ or just bunny hop
I have never put my hand on the top tube before dismounting. Less control of the bars, and with me being pretty good running barriers, I can often hit barriers at full speed, almost 30 mph, and lose very little of that speed, taking only one step before the first, one in between, and a couple after the second barrier. If there is 3 barriers, you have to slow it down a bit, as that stride would just be too fast.
