Tour of Britain Bike Race Passes Through Risca

its the final round of the tour of Britain bike race from Newport to Cardiff , me and Marley go out in the rain as we wait for the race to pass through our hometown.
The race features a whole range of world wide cyclists and champions including 2 times gold medal winner and tour de France winner Wales very own Geraint Thomas .
its a fast paced race that was also televised so how quick do they actually go?

Welcome to Bon’s Out, guys. So, something a bit different today. Um, it’s not really a vlog. Uh, I don’t know how long the video is going to be, actually. So, we got the great tour of Britain bike race. Um, coming through our hometown of Riska and he’s got Garrett Thomas in it who’s the two-time Olympic gold medalist and to France winner. Is that Ali? I am I am mate. I am mate. So going to see what’s uh what’s happening guys. So I believe this section of the race is going from Blackwood to Cardiff. So coming down the main street here. People waiting. I believe they’re going down this way and towards Cardiff. Quite a few people. I don’t know, guys. As you can see, guys, the weather isn’t the best. There’s quite a few people out on the street waiting to have a look. There’s a couple of different Olympic cyclist meant to be in this race. I say Guy Thomas is like the main man. It’s his last ever tour, I suppose. I said the round round the round. Around what? There’s no round train when they go back. Well, race, should they go around the back? Yeah. No, it’s point to point. Came in there, guys. There’s a there’s a few people waiting. I say it’s not going to be a really long vlog. There’s uh just watching come past. Street closes in about 5 minutes. I think it’s hammering down. Oh, here we go, guys. I might go on live on YouTube as well. Actually, look at this. Well, that’s a place to be underneath a bus stop. Nice and dry under there. There’s loads of them as well. They just like shot past like 100 mile hour. That’s nuts. Well, that’s it guys. Like I said, it’s not really much of a vlog. This is just like um to cover them going past, but there’s a fat going like under mile across there then. Enjoy. Yeah. Loads of police. There’s crazy amount of police and the police bikes and the cars that were going up. I thought they going the other way. So, I thought it was Blackwood to Cardiff, but it’s not. So, I’m not sure which route they were taking, but someone said Newport to Cardiff, so I don’t know. But anyway, guys, that’s it for that video.
