So I have been thinking about using this, this year, as last year's service at an independent shop was over half the cost.
Has anyone had experience using it, or opinions on if it's worth it.
Or got other options ?

I’ve been thinking of using this too as, despite my best efforts, I’ve not been able to find a place that does a better than average job of servicing my e-Brompton. Also, I can’t find anywhere that will service the motor (and it’s getting on for 4 or 5 years old now). So… guess I’m here for the same reason as OP.
