Hot favourite for 2025 was the fast starting Leon Penketh (Southampton) and likewise Luca Woodhouse (Great Blakenham), both riders had shown electric pace throughout the season and were the ones to beat. The riders to stop them were Shaun Kell (Ipswich), Noah Lyon (Hull) and JJ Wildman (Exeter) who all had the pace to nab the Champions Jersey from them. Hot on their heels were Jude Wilcockson (Coventry), Olly Saunders (Poole), Cory Burt (Wednesfield) and Jamie Randall (Poole). Certainly not making up the numbers, and deserved their place in the Final, were Finley Myall (Ipswich), brothers Sonny and George Whale (Southampton), Mitchel Baker (Ipswich), Tom Alexander (East Newport) and Joe Gillespie (Southampton). The one to watch for was young Teddy Curtis (Poole) who was finding his feet at this level and who could win races from the start and from the back.
