Is this a good price

I’m looking at a used BMC Granfondo GF02 with Ultegra components. The seller is asking $1,000. From what I can tell, it looks to be in good condition and seems like a decent price, but I’m not 100% sure.

Does anyone know what year this frame might be from based on the paint and design? And is $1,000 about right for this bike, or should I be aiming lower?
