Having ridden along the River Soar from Loughborough, then on through Leicester to Narborough for a short train ride to Hinckley, we find the Ashby-de-la-Zouch Canal. After few ‘rustic’ miles on that, we reach Marston Junction and the superb Coventry Canal. After a break at the fantastic Greyhound Inn, we’re soon at the Coventry Canal Basin at the end of a great day.
