Is that who they’re kind of looking looking towards for a stage win today perhaps or Oh, they’ve got options. Um, they’ve got options in there. Definitely still in the group. Yep. Yeah. This is uh UAT Emirates who’ve now got Olivivera as second. They’ve got Civico as their protected rider there. Fred Wright moves out and I’ve mentioned him a couple of times. Fred Wright has got I think Pale Bill Ba just behind him. Oscar Onley is being moved up. He’s my pick for the day. I’ll remind viewers we made our pick a while ago. I’ve gone for Oscar Onley for both this stage and the GC. And Hutch has gone for Matty Brennan for today as well. He is in there. Don’t forget Matthew Brennan. There he is. Peter wearing the cream colored jersey, yellow and black helmet of Vizmissa bike. Quite a way back about 3/4 of the way down this group at the moment, but that shouldn’t be too great a problem for him. We know how quickly he can make his way through these groups. But Roman Gregoire is a fantastic uphill sprinter, one of the best. In fact, Gregoire could give Brennan a run for his money here today. And that is him, Hutch, pretty certain, sitting second of those two group AR refugee riders. So, he’s got one rider protecting him, too. still there in front of us. Bottom right. Jaguar’s got another teammate further down the bunch as well. Slightly. So there are three of them in the group at least. 3.2 km to go. The is coming into the final turn. There you go. 3k to go to the finish. And legs being shaken out by Mark Donovan at the back. The Brit for Q36.5. He’ll need to cuz it’s a nasty rise. enough of a a gradual hill for it to be a full-on sprint from the cattle grid to the top. And some of these riders who will have to do that for sure. Sam Watson could be the danger man here. You know, the British champion up on the outside. We’ve seen how well he’s sprinting this week. Of the best sprinters of the week, the remaining riders in here are Sam Watson and Matthew Brennan. I think that’s really the two best of the fast men in here. Brennan moving up at the minute. Yep. Three of them to be involved with this lead out to going to do from here. Oh, it’s an absolute battle to be into the narrowing where the barriers get to. The other tuda rider Raasmas Tiller there in the middle. You can’t miss him. Big tall figure of the square. Jord Norwegian right in the middle. Now come uh UAE team Emirates. I think they might have switched to bringing up Rui Olivera here. You know this is Mogardo still there? Mogardo we’ve not even mentioned Hutch. He could be a really really good pick for a finish like this now. But look at Sam Watson. Stan Watson the British champion following Remco Evol. If Magic Brennon wants to get involved with this, he’s got to get back on terms at least alongside the shoulder of Sam Watson because Watson is the fastest finisher in here in a finish like this. Joe Blackmore moving up too for Israel Premier Techch. He’s just off the back of Sam Watson. Blackmore up just behind him. And there is Julian Alif just behind Watson. Watson’s looking around. Blackmore coming up alongside Remco Evol. If you’re going to start, you need to kind of be starting here. And it’s Sam Watson who realizes that. Watson goes to the front. We’re close to the last what 500 meters now. Watson lifting it, but looks back. He does not want to start too soon. Remco Evol just in the middle there as well. I think Tonarts maybe off to the left hand side. But Watson has found himself where he doesn’t want to be just yet. He’s going to have to start to lift it at some point. Remco Evnipol, the only rider still sitting down. He gets out the saddle and I don’t think it is going to be a Remco finish this one. Sam Watson is leading that little bit too soon I feel. Where is Matthew Brennan? Where is Matthew Brennan? Because he can come from a long way back. Milan Vada. It’s Milan Vada who’s now moving up. The Dutchman for Q36.5. Vad up alongside Sam Watson. Watson’s going to go as deep as he can. Sam Watson might get this. But here comes Gregoire. Roman Gregoire coming up alongside him. Roman Gregoire is now stretching away. I think he’s got Julian Alfale with him. Gregoire and Alfie. Two Frenchmen go to the line together, but it can only be one winner. Roman Gregoire with Alfalipe on his wheel.
