this is what happens to your body when you get off steroids and stop training this guy was in the best shape of his life but unfortunately had to get a few surgeries which stopped him from training for a while he had no reason to be on gear so he cycled off of his steroid usage and this is what his physique looked like [Music] after are temporary gains really worth it

  1. This raises the question: Are temporary gains allowed to be categorised as gains? But then I'm also saying that gains are permanent. So, are gains, gains, if they are permanent?

  2. “and stop training” “a few surgery’s” … yes temp gains are worth it if your serious about bodybuilding or powerlifting, if not then no, i just got off cycle and still look insane and will continue to look insane

  3. You have to use the roids to build a muscle base. Once you’re off you gotta work 2x to keep those gains. And if 100% of things are in point, you’ll keep about 70-80% of those gains. And then you go full natty for life and just build slowly off that.

Thats fucking sad sometime i want so bad to hop on gear or sarms but when i see this im telling to my self : if i accidentaly break one of my arm or one my leg for whatever reason and it take 8 months to recover like one of my friend i will lose a insane parts of my "fake muscles or even fake progress" maybe i sound anoying but my god thats not a good idea !!! Stay natural and be proud !!🙃😃

  5. First of all, it states that he had surgeries, plural, and he probably had to lay down for a long period. So, the loss of size is not due only to getting off steroids. Second, he still looks amazing in 2024.

  6. That has very little to do with stopping steroids and everything to do with stopping training. Rent in the gym is due daily anyone who lifts understand this. So by the logic of this video natural or not lifting is pointless because once you stop you will look like a bitch 😅😅

  7. What do you mean temporary? The guy is still jacked as shit. The conditions of both pictures are really different and even though he lost some muscles, he still looks way better than most of us..

    That's why he loss muscle about 70%

    If u stop cycle, but u still train hard, maybe you just loss muscle about 30-35%.

    You can see jay cutler, he sill looks muscular because he still train hard even he off cycle

  10. It’s evident by the look of his face that he has crashed hormones and therefore the muscles he has look worse then they would on a healthy natural.
    If let his body recover if that is still possible the same exact muscle mass would look more impressive.
    These types of videos are still good since having to take trt for live is not worth it unless you get a multi millionaire from and I bet every single person that didn’t profit financially from it in a major way regrets it at some point.

  11. That's what happens when you aren't able to go to the gym. Steroids help recovery not the hard work needed to get them. You can't sit at home while taking steroids and expect results.

    Bro. Steroid users can literally sit on their ass doing nothing and gain muscle. They can literally do nothing and maintain as long as their on the juice and eating enough. Going off cycle had everything to do with it

  13. I was training for 10+ years… stopped for 5 years and it took me 10 months to get back where I was… He can easily get it back in like 6 months! Muscle memory 💪🏼

  14. I think it’s because he stopped training😅. Even when natural that’s what muscle does when you don’t use it. Stop blaming the st eroids for the loss of all his muscle.

  15. Of course if he gets off gear and stops training he will shink in size. If he kept training and eating the food and maybe add in some creatine the size difference would not be that drastic
