This Summer I finally got my Dawes built up and brought it into the new Millenial with Ergopower levers and a waxed chain. I did the waxing more as a test if I will like it, but the Ergopower levers have blown my mind. They will stay.
It‘s a SRAMpagnolo setup, so Campagnolo Veloce 10-Speed levers that control the SRAM GX 2.1 rear derailer. A friend of mine told me about this and it works like a charm!
I use the bike for commuting and some light randonneuring, hence the full setup with fenders, dynahub and a rear rack.
