Hi i seen most similar videos. The officer and the rules to be changed to make it in intelligent way. That is the movement they stop vehicle for inspection the rule should permit the officer to either lock the wheels or place an good stopping obstruction in front of the vechile on every inspecting vechile at the start. This will heĺp them to avoid dangerous drives and avoid. Common man lives an the great money saving of govt.. think and pass it to authority . Once they have the right to stop vechile then they should have the right to lock vechile wheels from start. Thus Govt will then save huge dollars. I m from india tn. Thanks
