I flew in from Iceland, reassembled my bike at the airport, and pedaled 35 kilometers straight into the heart of Paris.
Lunch? A crispy croque monsieur.
Dinner? Slow-cooked boeuf bourguignon, local red wine, and an unforgettable omelette norvégienne—an ice cream cake flamed tableside with Grand Marnier. 🔥
