2013 trek domane 4.5 (used) vs 2017 Fuji sl 3.2 (like-new)

Okay internet experts which one of these bikes is the better deal?

1. $600 – 2013 trek domane 4.5 carbon (used 600 miles)
   -shimano ultegra driveset, 105 rim brakes
   -comes with bontrager bike computer, my size specialized cycling shoes
   -broken shifter handle (still functions properly)
   -evidence of normal wear

2. $700 – 2017 Fuji sl 3.2 carbon (ridden 2 miles, perfect like-new condition)
   -shimano ultegra driveset and tektro rim brakes
   -comes with like-new riding clothes, gloves, glasses, helmet, extra new bontrager seat, bike rack?
   -no signs of wear at all, brand new condition
   -front derailleur seemed to need adjustment, rubbed on chain in certain gears and had a hard time getting into larger front gear
