๐ We Visited Britainโs Most Dangerous Junction
.
#gcn #roadcycling #globalcyclingnetwork
Its a mixture of lawless cyclists absent minded drivers and a lack of certain things being law…
But i would rather have cyclists be subject to a minimum speed limit at different sign posted speeds than bothering with making cyclists require an identifiable plate so they can be punished for running a red light… tho death is usually the punishment anyway
I thought that only the Philippines has some of the dangerous roads for bikers/cyclists because the mindset of drivers is that…
"There's a space here, so that I can occupy it."
(I'm not referring all of the drivers. But if you become affected and react negatively and according to that, it means you're one of them and you don't have rights to complain, so SHUT UP!)
I was hit just under that train bridge this summer while riding in the cycle lane while visiting London. Car was in the lane to my right and was making a left turn across my lane. Driver didnโt see me in side view mirror and I didnโt have enough time to stop. Went straight over his hood (he was effectively blocking my entire lane). Ended up with 4 stitches and now a good scar as a souvenir. Couldnโt believe it when this very junction was listed by name in an article about dangerous London junctions.

Is the winner from the wahoo give away revealed yet?
Stop cycling through red lights
The most dangerous road is probably the A9
