If the police were passion catching people when they know when people are breaking the law going down the wrong side of the road when somebody could come around the corner and they could win straight into them say it was your little girl she's riding her bike she turns left and as a car coming right towards her on the wrong side of the road how would you feel because the other person couldn't wait I'm patient because they want to go somewhere wherever they're going right or wrong what is doing but the police are never there when you want them but they know about it
When they are using their phones when they are stationary the law says if your motor engine is running and you are in the car and using your phone you can and stationary you can get done for it but it doesn't say anything when you are stationary with the engine switched off where all cars today are turn off when they are come to a halt or coming to traffic light or a traffic jam but you got to look at the big picture it takes a split second for you to look down on your phone and then look up something could happen and you could went into someone or not paying attention of your surroundings

Quite a few years ago or more and a few years ago there was a traffic jam a young girl were driving on the motorway when a traffic jam and there was a seven ton lorry when there was a passenger and a driver when they have a like a phone like from the 80s like a car phone when he was playing at about with it and dropped it
When the time he got up the car moved on a bit but by that time he put his foot on the celerator and he went into the car behind it and he completely smashed it to bits she was only 21 and the car was not recognised it folded in half when she was 20 or 21 these are the kinds of things when drivers do not pay attention about and regards don't care about anything else at all only about themselves most of them are pick ignorant it is just you just like you when you want to put your foot on the accelerator when you break the speed limit in a small time when you are going fast on the road saying using the road as it should be you use it as a race track as the next people

I'd call this natural selection. If you're stupid enough to go against traffic regulations over and over collecting points, eventually the time will come. If some thing they'll outsmart the system, that's how it ends. Those intelligent simply don't go against regulations, at least not when their licence is in the ballance

I think I have seen another video for another lifeless person like this cycling Mike in a documentary by DW in Germany who has dedicated his life to measure how much a car has parked away from the kerb and if that distance is above a certain threshold, then he calls the police to give that person a ticket.
I truly think his way of reasoning implies that he is a narcissist of some sort as he think he is mature and those around him are immature.
Also, I am not sure about the legality of filming a person against their will. I know that all evidence collected is going to be presented to a judge to make a decision, but I believe Mike's way is flawed.

It’s not Mikeys job, though the police aren’t doing anything about it, I avoided being hit by a car because the driver was on the phone texting and mounted the kerb. Our family friends lost their 5year old son a long time ago now, in a head on collision because a female driver was doing make up while driving and veered onto the wrong side of the road. (This was before the introduction of booster seats, sadly his seatbelt cost him his life though helped booster seats be introduced and saved many other children since). Mikeys ways of doing things isn’t right instead of just getting the footage and submitting it. Using a phone and driving is more dangerous than drink driving so whether cars moving or not should be held accountable. If you can’t leave it down until you’re stopped, take the bus or be a passenger, it likely will be somebody else’s life lost and almost never their own.

The use of phones, not wearing seatbelts, drink driving and not having a child in a car/booster seat should all be reported whether it’s in a car stopped in traffic or not! Roads are death traps because driving standards is terrible. If somebody loses control of their car and hits into you while your child for instance isn’t in an appropriate seat and die. The driver who crashed into you will forever feel the guilt for your lazy selfish attitude to not caring about your child. In most cases the driver breaking the laws tends to come out better than the innocent people, so good on mikey for doing a job the police should be. (I wish he’d do it properly though and drop the confrontation)

Great video Mark. Going by Mikey’s code, you should technically pass that information onto the police, being that if what the law advisor is saying is correct then he surely should face the consequences of his actions as he expects his victims to.
