Anyone know the bolt size that goes in the back of the light bracket that I assume is also used for the rack?

Thinking it’s not a bad place to secure a Samsung Smart tag and the current bolt firs nicely into the hole on the smart tag so if I fit the reflector back on then put a bolt on the inside with the smart tag it’ll stay in place nicely.
