This guy seems like he doesn't have a good background in culture or geography. He's just kind of out there winging it saying whatever he thinks. Not a bad guy, but certainly isn't it anyone to be giving you the inside scoop on a culture. Overall I would not take his advice.
They are really nice to tourists and stuff but if your albanian or from Kosovo you have bit of another perspective and that the trust to each other is not high is 100% right. The Mafia people in the Country steal land that they like, Businesses etc. But as a Tourist that stay there for weeks or months its heaven.
I was in tirana last year, and they robbed me, stole my phone and wallet, and punched me while i was walking
It's a very dangerous country with dangerous people, and i do not recommend it to anyone for a visit

Like with almost any superficial vlog, it is correct for some findings and wrong for some others. He is eating at KFC, the wrongest place to eat in Tirana (only one table busy), this speaks volumes .

He literally didnt visit any attraction of the city,not bunk art1 or 2,not the house of leaves museum,not the castle,not the tabak bridge,not the dajti park nor the bovilla lake,not the pyramid,At the end he was just offending like relating albanian language with the turkish one which we fought for years to separate it from the Albanian one
