Brazilian Kika Chix was in Ireland to study dance and improve her English when a bicycle accident landed her in the lap of her future Irish husband. Now the online Brazilian community has voted on a dish that represents their nation and Kika has agreed to cook it. The catch is, however, that she can use only Irish ingredients. It’s a beef dish, and finding great Irish beef is not a problem. Curing it in the Irish sun, as it is done back home in Brazil, however, certainly is. To find the ingredients for her meal, Kika needs imagination and the skills to locate producers of great Irish foods. Whether she has succeeded or not, however, is down to a taste-test by a fellow Brazilian.
