Front wheel rolling when folded

Hey
Looking for a bit of help, I’ve just got a new c line 12 speed (love it) but I noted when I try to roll it when it’s folded, the font wheel rolls as-well and it seems lower than the right easy wheel?

Is this correct or is there a way to fix it? – I’m thinking of getting an advanced rack

Any help would be awesome
