Recently became interested in cycling, and looking for a good beginner bike for primarily downtown cycling. Saw this in my area and thought it looked good? Seller is asking $450 and agreed to go down to $400. Any input is very appreciated, as I’m brand new to this and trying to learn what’s good and what’s not. Thank you.
