Initially went for Vingegaard-Almeida for all-rounders but I didn't like the depth of the team so I will have to go for just Vingegaard to get better depth.
In Uruguay we are going with Silva – Fagundez & 7 more!!! (First time in history 2 riders from our country will ride a Grand Tour). Also both are RR & NT champions so the flag will be present in all stages! Thank you for your analysis!
How many points Pedersen score in the Giro? He could get more here…. This is the weakest sprint field I can remember seeing for a GT, he may have to win every 'sprint' stage to be value, but its very possible, and Lidl should do OK in the TTT. I think he is worth it. ANY alternative would be a real punt, there are no obvious candidates to challenge him and guarantee you 4 or 5 podiums.
Not sure about the length of leash Soler gets with two GC riders to support. Currently on Frigo here.
When I first put together a draft before watching the video I did exactly the same as you, put in Jonas, Ciccone and Pedersen and then filled in the gaps with the limited remaining funds! Currently have Soler, Riccitello, Lopez, Silva, FFB and Buitrago. Let's see how much tinkering happens between now and Saturday…

So far Ive gone with Vingegaard, Almeida, Ciccone, Gall, Mikhels/Gruel, Traen, Labrosse, Harper, Fortunato. I did have pedersen but with the inclusion of philipsen im not sure if he'll reach 1600 points. What are youre thoughts on Ayuso, because nobody seems to be mentioning him too much?

Think I've watched your picking style too much. Chose a preliminary team earlier tonight and have almost the exact same riders except for my unclassed. Just curious; does anyone else dislike the categories we're forced to choose from in the grand tours? I always have to take 1 or sometimes 2 riders I don't even want when, credit-wise, I could make a much better team that I actually like. I was told it would make for more variety in the teams, but I think the categories cause more teams that are very similar.

Thanks for the nice videos again 😀 Do you think, with Philipsen now in the Vuelta (wasn‘t on the list at the point of this video I think), Pedersen for 16 will still be worth? He scored over 2k points in the Giro, but he did not have such a strong counterpart there. He also probably won‘t ride as long in the GC leader jersey in the Vuelta with some early GC stages. Not sure about the sprinters honestly, cause Philipsen looked really strong in the Tour until his crash. And I don‘t know how good he recovered from that …
6 credits for Caruso in shape, and he was 5th in the Giro. Vingegaard, Tiberi, gall, pelizari, Philips Sen, 3×6 unckassed, and Jorgenssen for me
