Are inner tubes sold like this where they prevent the tire from going properly into the rim and seat on the hook?
Is this a thing we need to look out for, is this just garbage not properly thought our inner tube design? or wrong inner tube?

It has the Dual-head fits Presta & Schrader valves.
When I pump the back tire last week no air going in and air was coming out of the Presta valve (was using the Schrader to pump the tire), new inner tube a week later and the valve works, now this week front tire doing the same thing?!?!
Used also (in both testings/events) a small carry pump and it;s just not putting air into the tires each week, but worked on the other tires.
Is this just the valve is messed last week on the back tire and now the front valve is messed this week?
Is this common in what I'm experiencing? or is this the pump? me doing something wrong or over looking something?
