From loading the bikes and road-tripping with friends, to riding through light rain, enjoying open roads, passing lakeside views, stopping for refreshments, and finally crossing the finish line — this is the full journey.
Instead of a medal, finishers receive a traditional Swedish wooden Dala horse, a handcrafted symbol of Swedish culture. I chose a blue one to remember this incredible ride.
