OMG, I’m so excited to share this video from our trip to Edinburgh!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Matthea and I finally had the chance to meet up and go on a little girls trip, and we truly had the coziest and most amazing time. We were so lucky with the weather, which allowed us to explore the city and see all of its beauty. We discovered some fantastic breakfast and dinner spots, as well as the best coffee in Edinburgh! ☕ A huge thank you to everyone who shared their tips! [Music] [Applause] [Music] hello guys I just arrived in Edinburgh and I’m on my way to see my friend MAA [Music] I’m here with my girl oh we’re so happy yay and we just had the best porridge ever it was oh my good honestly I’m not the biggest fan of porridge no I never have it no but this really hit it was like amazing it felt like a warm hug in a bowl and now we are admiring the city it’s so beautiful here and uh it’s sunny now it’s sunny and we checked the forecast the weather forecast and it’s actually supposed to be quite Sunny while we we’re here and I feel like that’s quite unusual for like Edinburgh because it’s quite gloomy and rainy all the time here so I guess we’re quite lucky and we’re looking at the sunset kind of so so [Music] pretty I’m going to try on a few pieces I found some fur coats here’s a faux fur and fur and some cute pieces it’s a bit fky oh okay I’m not sure it’s like I like it f seethrough oh my God sexy it’s cute it’s cute I like that it’s quite oversized it’s also a different color than I’m used to seeing yeah it it’s more yellow creamy [Music] [Music] [Music] we just arrived to our accommodation and this apartment is so nice we were kindly invited to stay here and the apartment is so cozy we have two bathrooms and the bedroom is amazing guys I need to show you I am so excited to go to sleep look at those fluffy pillows and I think we will need to have a movie night because look at this TV and over here is the bathroom so cozy and over here is the kitchen so cute and here is the other another bathroom and here is the living room and M Coy and another TV oh my so this is going to be our home away from home the next 2 days we’re already so comfortable here and this apartment is called number one apartments and I will link it down below and now we’re just trying to decide where to go to eat we’ve been looking on Google Maps Google Maps I made a collection with all of the recommendations that you guys sent me and if you Instagram and I will send you the link and then you can explore all of these amazing places [Music] [Music] good morning we just woke up it’s 9:40 we actually put our alarm at 8:00 but we were snoozing so much the bed was so comfy I want a bed like this I know that I would sleep like a baby every single night I just got dressed I’m actually not going to wear this I’m also going to put on a turtleneck because this is like a Marino wool like an under layer and I’m just going to do a little bit of makeup but I didn’t tell you guys about the restaurant yesterday we ended up going to a Scott Scottish Scottish restaurant the food was amazing it was kind of like Comfort but elevated in a way so I ordered something that I would not usually order I just wanted to try something new so I ordered Venison and it had some carrots and potatoes and such a yummy sauce it was I like also some blackberries it was honestly like delicious and for dessert we of course had to order Banu pie I love banoffi pie and I have made it a couple of times at home because it’s quite easy and it’s such a comforting dessert and I didn’t know that it’s actually originated from the UK so of course we had to try it at this restaurant because we also saw on Google Maps like the reviews that this was their like specialty and people were like it is incredible there so we shared a piece and it was moan good morning m is uh trying to figure out what to wear and we’re also trying to coordinate our outfits because when we’re taking like Instagram content we want to you know kind of match or like you know the outfit needs to fit together kind of no best friends don’t they match yeah yes best friends don’t copy they match or no yeah yeah yeah yeah but we don’t have the same thing yeah we are going to be matching a little bit the weather today is so beautiful it’s sunny but it’s a bit cold like crispy weather and we are walking currently on circus Lane circus Lane I was going to say brck Lane that’s in London London apparently this is a very famous street it’s really cute cozy yeah and we are on our way to have breakfast of course some coffee and food look at this Bon oh cute [Music] we’re going to do a bit of sseeing we’re going to walk to Dean Village and see what’s going on over there and actually forgot to show you guys our outfit what is going [Music] on we just arrived in Dean Village and it literally feels like a Magic World it really reminds me of Hogwarts so cute so beautiful you can hear the water running it’s so peaceful and we walked here for like 10 minutes and now we’re out in the nature yeah so peaceful so yeah it’s like a very recharging very recharging yeah energy here oh super nice I love it [Music] oh my goodness guys do you see the sunset I don’t think the camera is picking up the views but we have been walking around here it’s a street called Victoria Street and there’s a lot of cute independent stores and we just checked out a vintage store and MAA bought some jeans and boots really cute we were going to go grabb coffee but I think the coffee shops are closing so we’re going to move the reservation until what 6:30 we’re going to go to an Italian restaurant that’s actually close to our apartment it looked really good so I guess we’re just going to go home and Glam up a bit change outfits take a picture so I just changed my outfit and I’m wearing this beautiful top that I thrifted in Madrid this is honestly my priced possession so beautiful and I’m actually wearing it for the first time and I’m really excited MAA what are you wearing come and show us so where is gorgeous I thrifted this stop on Brick Lane in London as well as the boots the boots are slaying I love them so cute we going to go and eat some Italian food he and some wine a good time [Music] good morning oh my God guys it’s so sunny today so beautiful and we are of course on our way to go have some breakfast get some energy for the day and we decided to go to a place called called marot ooh I hope it’s going to be really [Music] good coffee is so good and MAA ordered laaa it’s very [Music] good now the girls are happy and satisfied after eating some breakfast it was honestly really good I highly recommend going to this place if you want some gourmet breakfast or lunch was such a cute place and the nice thing it’s located next to a park called The Meadows meow Meadows Meadows Meadows I think it’s called and uh we wanted to take a little romantic fall stroll around the park and uh maybe buy some hot chocolate or coffee it’s like super fresh air like in Scotland or here at least so yeah you can feel like oh the fresh Ness and the leaves and the nature there’s so much nature in the city it’s crazy you have like a mountain here it’s like oh it’s so nice so so beautiful coming from Iceland we approve we [Music] approve currently there is a vintage store in the park we are going to go and have a look [Music] I love the color it’s so beautiful wow it’s super nice this would keep me warm in the Copenhagen Winters but it’s like a bit too short I think [Music] we are the definition of best friends don’t copy they match we’re wearing like a big black coat and then we’re both wearing our Lou bag so cute and now we’re going to go have coffee have coffee and we’re going to go to a place called Milkman we actually just met some guys from the US and they told us that the coffee was insane and they’ve been traveling around Europe and it was the best cup of coffee they’ve had so we have to try it out and I’ve only had matcha so oh yeah you need your cup I need a little bit of caffeine [Music] yeah I actually thought that this place was a bit of a tourist trap because we saw it all over Tik Tok but guys the hype is real so worth it oh my God the coffee is incredible it’s so good it’s the best coffee I’ve had in a while I’m not kidding I’m happy I said like three times should we go there should we go there like honestly so good and I have some chocolate cake and you ordered what a coffee cake and both are like delicious so we’re really happy that we decided to come here yeah [Music] M loves this look at this my new year stress guys oh yes you’re going to see me oh you’re going to slay [Music] we just went to the national museum of Scotland and it was amazing and we were quite late we only got to see it for like half an hour we were like running there and of course it’s really us like last minute we were chatting way too much we forgot about the time like it just flew by but we’re so happy that we got a bit of glimpse into this Museum because guys it was honestly so cool really loved the section with all of the animals I honestly I thought that was really cool and I could have spent many hours there yeah I could have spent many hours in the fashion section you also had a fashion section that was so Co that was so cool we we were a little bit like little kids in a playground we’re like oh look at this and then next one and this section and look at like and they have free entry which was so nice so I feel like you guys need to go there if you are in Edinburgh it’s like you know it is a must it is a must visit totally but I think we’re going to go and find a place to have dinner we’re kind of in the mood for some Asian food maybe Thai yeah I would like that maybe Pai or MCO sticky rice something I don’t know something yummy [Music] [Music] we are currently packing we are leaving tomorrow morning M has a train ride at 5:48 tomorrow morning so she needs to wake up pretty early uh and I leave at 2: so I have some time to maybe grab some coffee and uh maybe relax a little bit before I leave but we’ve honestly had such a lovely time here in Edinburgh I think we visited during the perfect time because the city is just so Charming now during this kind of Colder month and the leaves are falling and it’s been so cozy walking around grabbing coffee and just having quality time together I feel like this is a good City for like a girl trip yeah definitely yeah you can have a coffee walk stroll or vintage or the Museum like there were things that were also like so interesting that we maybe usually wouldn’t go or like on a girl trip but it’s so it’s so nice it’s been so fun so fun and who knows where we’ll be going next you never know we’re always planning something definitely so we’ll
