I recently picked this up for $30 and been trying to get some information on the manufacture date as I’m not the best with brands. It’s what I determine to be a (50s)-(maybe 70s) era Hercules tourist bike which appeared to be used by the police in my area (still has the yellow sticker). There’s a couple things it looks like it’s missing but all the brake lines and gear shifting work.(troubleshooting the lights).
