Hey everyone, I have been given the opportunity to purchase this beauty of a road bike, but I know little about it. What I do know is that it’s carbon with aluminum butting, it has full Shimano 105 groupset, and it’s really really light. I was told that it’s one of the first carbon bikes, but I believe this bike isn’t from 1988 when Specialized first launched Carbon frames based on the paint scheme and the lettering.
Does anyone have good resources to help me figure out more about it? And does anyone have tips on how to make sure the carbon is still safe for riding?
