Looks like a good wide range on the cassette and a double chainring – I’ve done loaded touring on less.
The sutra is well regarded, I would assume they’ve considered gearing

I toured that set up across eastern Canada and found I needed more low end then high so I changed to a deore crank 24-38 chainrings and what a difference. This past summer I finished the remainder of Canada with that set up with no issues.

If it’s the 30-38 I can see on the Kona site then it’s pretty good, I run a slightly higher 30-36 on my bike and that’s been enough, just, to get me up 15% pitches at the end of a long day. It’s still higher than a “true” touring low gear.
That said it comes down to the lead and the climb. Check the max cog size for the rear derailleur, you can probably swap the cassette for one with a larger low gear.
