I didn’t even know how to set up a tent!
When I learned how to, went on a trip the next day which I have been dreaming and planning for months🤩

Archipelago trail (Rengastie in Finnish) in southwest Finland is a beautiful and famous circular trail, great for bike trips!

This is a introduction of the trip, also my first ever video.

So, I’m somebody who didn’t even know how to set up a tent. But when I learned to set up a tent, the next day I went on a bike camping trip. So, yeah, I’m just getting right into the story. Hello everyone. My first video. Let’s see how this goes. So, I’ve been dreaming about this bike camping trip in spring. I did lots of bike trips. Maybe not lots of, but like I have experience traveling by bike and I love it. It’s like one of my favorite things in the world. So, and this time I decided I could do it with a tent because in Finland many people like go camping and before I never really thought about it, but then it just somehow I don’t know. I love I started to really love Finnish nature walking in the forest and then realized I could sleep in a tent. So, I bought the cheapest tent, one of the cheapest tents I could find from Moto, but I couldn’t set it up. It was a dome tent. I couldn’t set it up like, you know, in a dome style. I don’t know. I just Yeah. I So, I returned it. I got refunded. I thought there was maybe something wrong with the tent or and yeah, I thought this this is too difficult. So, I decided to buy pop-up tent. So the next day I went to Ula and the pop-up tent there I realized it’s huge and you can never attach that to a bicycle. So I just bought it was more expensive there but I bought the dome tent from there but it was still one of the cheap ones €35 and I also bought the cheap one because cheap ones were the lightest and of course you want the lightest tent when you are going to carry that around in your bicycle. So yeah, I bought it and then went straight to the park near my apartment and then and then I finally managed to set it up. Yeah, I watched YouTube videos and it said, “Yeah, you need to set it up. Even though it feels like it might break, it it will not break.” So I set it up and I thought, “Okay, okay, now I know how to set up a tent.” That was Thursday. And this June in Finland, where I live in southern Finland, June was quite cold and rainy. But that weekend was so sunny. It went up 20. I think it was like 23° during daytime. And I thought, “Okay, weather is perfect. I got to go really.” So Friday after work, uh yeah, I like I was almost ready, but I really started packing really quickly. Um, and then I left at like 4:00 p.m. because yeah, Friday I only was going to ride like 20 kilometers. Okay, but this was going to be just an introductory video, so I need to stop now.
