Wanted to share since I've seen some discussions on here on hookless rims and a good portion of Canyon's bikes come with Zipp wheels.
TL;DR: Josh recommends that if you do choose to run hookless rims, your tires should be at least 5mm larger than inner rim width, preferably 6mm e.g. 28/30mm tires on 23mm internal Zipps.
