Spotted a leaf like entity wiggling on the ground while cycling slowly through a park, so paused to take a closer look. Turns out, this is a striking Poplar Hawk-moth caterpillar, known for their distinctive tail horn and subtle diagonal markings. Soon, it will transform into a magnificent moth with uniquely shaped wings.

This guy’s a moth for sure, right? Look at his little feet. Yeah, I think he’s supposed to look threatening at the back to fool people. Yeah. So, if anything, try sneaking up on him then.
