canyon grizl 6 worth it?

hello fellow entities of the social experiment that is public traffic,

i am looking for some advice on a new bike. my ideal bike would be something i could use for
– back and forth between work everyday in rain, snow or sun
– use it for campingtrips and similar bike trips
– feel like something between a racing bike and a touring bike

so this leads me to thinking i need a gravel bike of some kind with mounting for these sidebags you often see (not sure of the english name, sorry!)

this looks like a great bike, undoubtedly, but its a bit expensive. so my question is, are there any cheaper alternatives or is this bike worth it? i am willing to invest if it is worth it, but hoping to hear some thoughts and ideas from all of you experts!
