DT Swiss Recall – Happy Ending
After two weeks of owning my new bike, I finally get to ride it.
I ordered it on 25 July 2025 (USA) and it shipped on 29 July 2025. I found out about the recall and checked my wheels the day after delivery. DT Swiss’ site said my wheels may be affected, so I sadly started the recall process. Huge bummer.
I have been checking the mega thread for new updates everyday. Today, I found a comment from someone who recently purchased and they had an orange “DT Swiss Wheels OK” sticker on their box. I checked mine… lo and behold, I had one too. I immediately called Canyon to verify and sent photos. They said the wheels were good to go!! Additionally, had them send a verification email that they were safe to ride.
