Impulse Purchased a Peugeot UO8(?)

Learned the hard way (four tube explosions) that these old rims simply cannot hold these new tires on at the recommended 90psi. Aside from the tires, the bike just needed a cleaning, quick tune-up, and fresh bar tape.
