Today I leave Kutná Hora and jump again on the cycling path 1 which will take me to beautiful Vysocina region.
The destination for the day is Žďár nad Sázavou with its Unesco Pilgrimage Church of St John of Nepomuk. A long ride that will take me through little villages and over hills, through forests, lakes in which I will swim, small interesting towns like Caslav and Chotebor and many many castles.
[Music] good morning from kutna ora it’s another sunny day here in czechia and me the bohemian cyclist and my friend christoph are going to start riding the third stage of chesco colo today we will get to dartmouth sasebo and it’s beautiful green hill which is also a unesco side let’s go [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] after some real nice countryside riding we get to the small town of chesla a very cute little town with a nice square [Music] it is another hot day so while i get back some fluids christoph is going to make sure we have enough sunscreen and repellent for the [Applause] day we hit the road again and some more riding over rolling hills takes us to zlatan a magnificent romantic residence of the howardsburg family in which there is still a large collection of weapons luxury furniture with original objects of daily use we both were here already so we skipped the guided tour and we just relax in the castle’s gardens before tackling summer hills [Music] so we are back on the road after maybe to a heavy lunch and we are going up to a lake where we plan to jump in but life was not meant to be easy [Music] the countryside gets more and more amazing and we truly enjoy ourselves in the meantime the day gets hotter and hotter making us dreaming of water in any shape or form fresh [Music] bikes are heavy and we are starting to accumulate quite a decent climbing so we welcome the little town of kotibors as a great chance to replenish our energies before the last stretch that will take us to start [Music] we have to make a little detour because a guy just destroyed a truck he fell into a ditch so all the road is blocked [Applause] [Music] just before star we find an amazing small local brewery and we surely cannot turn down such a nice occasion [Music] we are almost inside i look forward to see the famous uh zelena ora unesco church [Music] and the panorama from there [Music] and finally here we are at the pilgrimage church of of nepal mooc on the green hill this pilgrimage church stands on top of zelena hora remounted in english constructed on a star-shaped plan it is the most unusual work by the great architect iamblase santini whose highly original style falls between neo-gothic and baroque so also today’s stage the number three of chesco colo is done it was really really hard i mean we were riding the regular stage which is supposed to be hard and we felt it yeah good job just coca-cola guys a lot of climbing and it was really hot but it was an achievement it was beautiful and a lot of little things to do we enjoyed and beautiful so now we we decided to um to break the trip as recommended in cisco cola website so we will get a train back to prague from star and next week we will come back here and keep going so today’s stage is one under case we have only maybe two more to to the station thank you for following if you enjoyed the episode like it and subscribe for more ciao [Music] so b you
