Also I bought a from an OG xbiker, I’m talking crazy randoneur and tandem fan. Owner of Surly bikes (in the Netherlands) 20 years ago.
He bought the frame from Mike himself and initially made a beautiful randoneur, then Covid hit m and he started suffering from long Covid unable to do any biking anymore. Recently he build it the frame up as the gravel monster that it is right now. It was a pleasure meeting him, talking bikes and to promise the previous owner that I’ll make plenty of adventures with this rig.
