Hey guys, im a beginner but this will be the hardest a local trail ill be riding. I have the budget for a fs or hardtail of comparable components. But honestly for maintenance sake I much rather stay on hardtail. Would a hardtail be very harsh, less fun? Im 29 with a mild chronic lower back pain if it matters.
The fs im looking for has 130mm/125mm travel while the hardtail a 140mm front. (Would the fs suffice?). Both are trail bikes.
